Hi Tweets,
Yesterday we had a warbler in our yard, but he moved too quickly for me to positively identify him. He was either a Yellow rumped (Audubons race) or a Townsends. He was mixing with Chickadees and Golden Crown Kinglets. I could positively identify the Kinglets but this bird was definately not a Kinglet. I caught a glimps of the black stripes on his side and quite a bit of yellow.

There are actually 3 winter records, two which I remember off the top of my head.

one: recently on Sequim CBC
another: about 5 years ago in early Dec at Neah Bay
