Definately consider Wahl and Paulson's Guide to Bird Finding in Washington. It's specific to Washington but it is one of
the best for capturing seasonality and habitat associations. I think the range information is there but it's not in the
form of maps. I think it might be physiographic provinces. Anyone have it handy?
