The Blue Jay was also seen, not this afternoon. The Sullivans were there
when we arrived and had located the bird earlier and were waiting for it to
reappear. It flew to a utility wire and then to nearby shrubbery and was
active on the ground and bushes. Great looks and no rain.

My husband Chris and I had previously been to the Quilcene Marina and easily
found the Great Egret perched on a railing.

We could not locate the Yellow-billed Loon at Sallisbury State Park.
