Greetings, all,

A female REDHEAD was in company with RING-NECKED DUCKs this morning in
Lake Washington at Seattle's Montlake Fill. Among other beasts present
were an AMERICAN PIPIT, male WOOD DUCK, a few HOODED MERGANSERs, and a
male mostly red-shafted FLICKER with a moderate red nape mark typical of
yellow-shafted forms. No Cattle Egret, despite efforts by several
birders. Also, one tiny CANADA GOOSE had two aluminum bands, which I
didn't have time nor optics to read.

Cheers,

Alan Grenon
