I have an acquaintance who lives in Shoreline. She has revamped her
backyard, creating a pond and a stream with all native plants around the area.
She did a beautiful job and many more species of birds now visit her yard.
Donna wrote me and said: "As far as bird lists - I am interested in
one(s) that would help me know which birds to expect to see in my back yard -
not only at the feeder but also ones attracted to the stream, pond and the
garden. I lost my UW Arboretum list which I found so helpful 20 years ago when I
was in to birds before."

I thought, perhaps, someone out in Tweeterland would be able to direct me to
the kind of list Donna is describing? Does anyone have directions to
something online (or off)? Many thanks.
