This afternoon on the auto-tour route at Ridgefield NWR, I observed a male EURASIAN WIGEON. I first saw it from the photo blind, and then further along the route where the road is relatively close to the water. It was far enough away both times that I needed my scope.

Other birds that seemed to be in the minority were about 4 RUDDY DUCKS and 5 CINNAMON TEAL (2 pairs together and 1 lone male).
