On 22 Nov at Wolf Lodge Bay on Lake Coeur d'Alene, Kootenai Co ID, Lisa
Hardy observed an adult MEW GULL. She also got a better look at her white
goose reported last time as a Ross's Goose near Cataldo, and noted it was
really a Snow Goose. Wolf Lodge Bay is at I-90 exit 22 east of Coeur d'Alene.

Another adult MEW GULL was at Cold Springs NWR east of Hermiston, Umatilla
Co OR on 26 Nov according to Craig Corder. WA DeLorme 29, AB-6.5 and OR
DeLorme 85, A-8.

Two more adult MEW GULLS were on the Walla Walla River Delta on 29 Nov
according to Mike and MerryLynn Denny. Access the delta 0.1 mile north of
Madame Dorian Park. There's a pull-out along US 12 at milepost 306.9 and a
path to the delta. WA DeLorme 40, D-1.

Three WHITE-WINGED SCOTERS were at Mica Bay on Lake Coeur d'Alene, Kootenai
Co ID on 24 Nov according to Shirley Sturts. To get there, take US 95 south
from Coeur d'Alene to milepost 421.4 and turn left (east) onto paved Tall
Pines (a.k.a. Putnam) Road. Go 0.6 mile to the "Y" and bear right (south)
onto Tall Pines Road. After another 0.7 mile, turn left (east) on Loff's Bay
Road which you can follow to the boat ramp on Mica Bay. ID DeLorme 60, B-1.

A pair of RED-BREASTED MERGANSERS were viewed from the Sandpoint City Beach,
Bonner Co ID on 28 Nov according to Lisa Hardy. ID DeLorme 62, BC-3.

A very late, adult male YELLOW WARBLER was seen 29 Nov at McNary NWR
Headquarters at Burbank, Walla Walla Co WA by Mike and MerryLynn Denny.
Nearby were 5 CATTLE EGRETS. These were along Lake Road in Burbank Heights,
north of the headquarters along WA 124. WA DeLorme 40, C-1.
