11:30am start - water level quite high on outgoing tide (high - 10.1ft -
at 10:48; low - 7.1 ft - at 15:54); no mudflats visible
12:10pm end

Tweeters,
Overcast, with dense fog starting to burn off, and seven gillnets strung
out across Turning Basin #3. I spent about 10 mins trying to figure out
how to get the focusing knob back on my Pentax scope after it detached
somehow. I did finally manage to extend the rod to which the knob was
attached so I could still focus. Unfortunately, there wasn't a lot to
focus on!

Birds seen during this scan include the following:
Mallard (2)
Common Merganser (6)
Glaucous-winged Gull (9)
Rock Pigeon (38)
Belted Kingfisher (female)
American Crow (4)
Song Sparrow (2)
White-crowned Sparrow
House Finch (3)
House Sparrow (3)

May all your birds be identified,
