There was one this noon at 14th and Madison. Looking quite at home.

Two years ago at this time, we were in Portland, and there were more
Scrub Jays around than Steller's Jays. Dave Eshbaugh, then Executive
Director of Portland Audubon, said that that was usually true there in
the early fall.
