I have to admit I was a tiny bit skeptical of the reports until one flew into view this morning at the Hundred Acre Woods in NE Lakewood. I was able to track the bird for several minutes as it worked it's way through the lower branches of a large fir tree.

Along with a DC Cormorant that made an appearance today, our count at the Hundred Acre Woods now stands at 79 since the first part of June.
