Subject: [Tweeters] Moses Lake, Soap Lake

I was able to go by Moses Lake about 4 pm yesterday. Only had time for a brief search, and during that time was unable to locate the Scissor tail.
Soap lake offered me better hunting. Even though I only had time to walk about a third of the beach, I saw a nice looking immature American Black Bellied Plover. There were good numbers of Killdeer and Long-Billed Dowitchers as well. A single Baird's Sandpiper was also present.
