Cool, with a west breeze wafting mist into Turning Basin #3. No
gillnets, but the four guys conducting research collecting on the west
side near the restoration area did use a net. Four species of
gulls--Glaucous-winged, Mew, Ring-billed, and California--were busy
foraging, harrassing those with visible food, preening, bathing, or
loafing near restoration peninsula.

At 8am, lots of American Robins foraging in the old blackberries along
the river; the Peregrine Falcon was ensconced on the west-bank power
tower.
