I mispoke earlier, having accidently mis-read the Department of Ecology report which states no oiled birds are in custody but later says that wildlife impacts have been reported, specifically oiled birds. I have been attempting to track this down during the afternoon without any success. If anyone has any hard information on this topic, I would appreciate a heads-up.
