Hello birders,

A small group of us, consisting of Chris Siddle, Chris Charlesworth, Richard
Mooney and Trevor Forder made the weekly trek to Salmon Arm today. Each
weekend it is evident that many species have departed over the week. Last
weekend we had Orange-crowned and Yellow-rumped warblers and Common
Yellowthroats, whereas today, no warblers. Fall has definitely set in.
Nonetheless, Salmon Arm produced at least a few great birds today. We first
visited Christmas Island, then the wharf, the Nature Park and Chris Siddle
and I checked the mouth of the Salmon River.
