Subject: [Tweeters] 5 Grebe Day at Oak Bay

This afternoon I stopped at Oak Bay County Park near Port Hadlock to search for the Clark's Grebe reported yesterday by Diane Mulholland. The first grebe I spotted was an Eared Grebe. Oak Bay is a reliable place to find the Eared Grebe, but this was the first for the Winter. I got great comparisons between the Clark's and Western as the Clark's Grebe was in the company of 2 Western's. 1 Red-necked Grebe and several Horned rounded out a great Grebe afternoon.

Good Birding,
