Birders,

Due to a number of requests, I compiled and printed a field Checklist of
Whatcom County Birds this past spring. This is a simple checklist, but it's very
useful for the intended purpose. A brief description of the local habitat types
and incidental info is included. More importantly, the checklist includes all
the birds recorded in Whatcom County; confirmed nesting species; and follows
the sequence of the established AOU checklist.

The checklist is available through the North Cascades Audubon Society at
chapter meetings, or you can get them directly from me. We printed them for
distribution and request a 50 cent donation to cover our printing costs. If you'd
like to have one or ten, let me know.
