Paul:

Near the W-90 at Samish a few years back, the Sullivans, myself and others
also saw birds in the area, which isn't far from Best Rd. I've always
assumed these are remnants of a release and the species isn't established in
the county. Of introduced gamebirds, N. Bobwhite on Guemes I., on the other
hand, might be established (or becoming established).
