If you push the brightness as far as it will go in photoshop,
it becomes clear that the entire head is red. That would
make this a Red-breasted Sapsucker or (perhaps) a R-b x Red-
naped.

Unless it's a _daggetii_ Red-breasted... how likely is that
in Washington?
