Scott,
Williamson's and yellwo-bellied would be extremely rare at the Center for Urban Horticulture where this bird was photographed. Also, I don't think I was imagining it, but the head seemed dark red to me.

The mystery bird is a sapsucker, either YB or Williamson's. I vote, male Willy.
