Try putting zeroes in the seconds position. And if you're
using decimal minutes, try putting in the decimal minutes
and zeroes for seconds.

HI:
I was trying to map a bird sighting with latitude/longitude BUT without
seconds. Does anyone know an on-line mapping service that allows this?
the
location is 47 degrees 44 minutes, -122 degrees, 24 minutes. Mapquest
doesn't
allow to map this without seconds!
