Partly cloudy, warm breeze from the south, and lots of salmon dancing on the waters of Turning Basin #3 (TB3). I think it's the most coho I've ever seen jumping here, and one of the two fisherman (two small craft here) struck "silver" as I watched.

One of the three OSPREY I spotted today was on a light pole in the Boeing parking lot to the south of TB3. It may be one of the two that attempted to nest earlier in August, which, yet again, makes me think that next Spring might bring another attempt by at least one of the two birds. (This light pole is very similar to the one that has an Osprey nest just to the south of T-105, downriver about 5 miles.)

Lots of MALLARDS and one GREEN-WINGED TEAL hanging out at the south end of TB3.
