I wasn't able to get to the famed corner until 5:40 this evening. I spent
over an hour searching unsuccessfully up and down Tyndall and Randolph
roads and around the intersection.

At 6:50pm the bird was found feeding from the top wire of the generation
plant fence along Randolph Rd. It also spent time on the parallel power
lines along Raldolph. Then moved to a weedy ditch that runs east, away
from Randolph Road just north of the generation plant. The bird spent a
lot of time in that ditch, near the ground, and would have been difficult
to spot. I watched and photographed it until the sun set shortly after
7pm.
