Actually, the website seems pretty well put-together, and statements like
the one that reminds you of buying and selling bridges are attributed to
specific speakers for the administration or to specific actions of the
administration. The website is a useful summary of some of the
anti-environmental positions of the administration as they affect birds, and
tries to show that saving birds is something that even some Republicans
could favor. I don't know that the website will change many minds --
politics these days being mostly a matter of belief -- but it could be
helpful for those who want a reminder of how tough the Bush administration
has been on the environment.
