Hi folks,

Today at about 3:00 PM the bird was found by five observers
(including Bob & Pat Woodley, Mark Moskowitz) along the northern perimeter
fence which stretches west from the little service building and parking lot
on Randolph Road. I came along a little later and first saw it on the
intersecting fence which extends perpendicularly to the south. The bird
then worked slowly westward, catching several insects and seeming right at
home. We left it there at about 3:30.
Many thanks to Teri Pieper and Doug Schonewald for the very timely
updates.
