She was seen easily this morning from 9:05 til 9:20 on the powerlines
just north of the intersection of Tyndall and Randolph roads. She flew
to the north and west, over Moses Lake Industries and towards the
bunkers where she's been seen before. Others saw her a little later in
the morning just east and across the road from Moses Lake Industries.
