Hello All,

This morning while leading a birding trip for Blue Mountain Audubon we stopped at the WWRdelta for 30 min. and saw the following species.

Parasitic Jaeger......1 ad. light morph. Chaising terns!
Common Terns........42 birds.....the most we have ever seen on the delta in a morning.
Red-necked Phalarope.......5 birds
Glaucous-winged Gull.........1 ad.
House Wren.......................1 bird
Long-billed Dowitchers.........13 birds

We just recieved a call from Steve Mlodinow alerting us to an Arctic Tern on the WWRdelta. This is the third record of this species for this location.

We will be back out there in the morning by 7:30 A.M.. Come join us! Bring a chair and your scope, some water and watch one of the greatest birding sites in S.E.Washington.
Later Mike
