Subject: Sanderlings and Black-bellied Plover

This afternoon after a day long search of eastern Washington migrant traps
for unusual passerine migrants (unsuccessful I might add) Barb and I stopped
off at Perch Point on our return trip to let Barb try for the Black-bellied
Plovers found yesterday. One was located almost immediately, but the other
was nowhere to be found.
In addition to the Black-bellied Plover there were five Sanderling working
the main shore of Potholes Reservoir.
