Steve and I saw it this afternoon just before two. It was perched on
the ML Industries fence, just north of the main gate into the facility.
That was the easiest we have found it near the middle of the day. It
seems easier to see early in the day - before ten am. I'm more likely
to find it near the diesel generator yard or the substation in the
morning.
