with stores in Vancouver and North Vancouver.


Sightings for Wednesday, September 22:

At Iona Island, the CLAY-COLOURED SPARROW was still in the southeast
corner of the southeast sewage pond.

In Delta, a juvenile RUFF, a STILT SANDPIPER, and a RED KNOT were at
the mansion, while a BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPER and an AMERICAN GOLDEN
PLOVER were near the pilings east of 96th street.


Tuesday, September 21:

A possible RUFF was seen at Beach Grove Lagoon in Tsawwassen, and
Reifel had 10 EVENING GROSBEAKS and an AMERICAN KESTREL.

The adult FRANKLIN'S GULL in basic continued to be seen at the
compensation lagoon off the Tsawwassen ferry jetty, along with 5
MARBLED GODWITS and the WILLET.


Monday, September 20:

The CLAY-COLOURED SPARROW was at Iona Island in the southeast pond.
Also at Iona on the south side of the southwest pond was a SHARP-
TAILED SANDPIPER.

In a late report for Sunday a juvenile BLACKPOLL WARBLER and a DUSKY
FLYCATCHER were seen at Reifel in trees behind the washrooms in the
parking lot.
