Tweeters,

My husband and I arrived at the intersection of Tyndall and Randolph Roads around 5:30 pm on Saturday, September 25 and saw a group of birders with scopes pointed at Moses Lake Industries. The bird was sallying from a decidious tree in the compound but was not visible when perched. Around 6 pm the bird literally flew over us, crossed Randolph Road and perched 50-75 yards from the road on a metal frame that is about 10 feet tall, providing adequate views through bins and excellent views with a scope. It hung out there for about 15 minutes before flying back into the Moses Lake Industries compound.
