Thanks for all the responses on what this little blue-legged bird could be.
Still not sure.

The responses were

Red-Breasted Nuthatch 2

White-Breasted Nuthatch 2 (a species noted by Kelly Cassidy to have been
extirpated from Pierce County, tho Steilacoom is near the last spot seen)

Warbling Vireo 1

Red-Eyed Vireo 1 & 1 maybe

Not exactly a landslide.
