I was able to see the bird easily this morning around 8:30. It was
perched on a powerline on the west side of the diesel generator station
on Randolph Road. It stayed in place for ten or fifteen minutes and
then flew to the heavy weeds and began to actively feed. I was joined
by another out of town birder anxious to see this beautiful bird.
