i'm using outlook, and i'm seeing attachments on perhaps 30-40% of messages
coming from tweeters, but ONLY from tweeters... not sure what's going on...

The attachments I am seeing appear to be html versions of the email message.
So, I wonder if it may be that people are sending htm/html messages that are
being converted to plain text by your (and my reader). I am sending in
plain text. When this shows up, it should be without an attachment. If it
has an "attachment", then I am all wet....
