Hi Tweeters,

The fishery pond has been stocked with hatchling
salmon for a few weeks, this is the first week the
birds have made an effort to fish it. First Mallards
figured out their weight can push down the net to let
the fish through, then the Great Blue Heron.

Swallows around this week, especially around the yacht
marina at the mouth of the cut. A group of Bufflehead
passed through, always nice to see them. They are
gathering in groups, getting ready for migration.
