Inlanders,

Today, I observed the 2nd winter Lesser Black-backed Gull from 11:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. The bird was on the water in front of the resort cabins. This bird was definitely easier to locate than the adult gull that has been seen in the Walla Walla area over the last couple of years.
