Hi All,

I was at Nisqually NWR yesterday for a couple of hours. I couldn't relocate the cinnamon teals that I had seen on the previous two visits. I counted 5 white-fronted geese (two more showed up?) and 3 male wood ducks with one female. One of the male wood ducks jumped up into a big leaf maple tree and started devouring the flowers which was fun to watch. Lots of common yellowthroats were singing as were several savannah sparrows. I only saw one bird of prey (F harrier) other than the adult great horned owl near the nest. No owl chicks yesterday, but I got a shot of two of them last weekend.
