Hi Tweeters,

I finally saw the Baikal Teal last night around
6:30pm, preening in the open. :-) :-} :)
(Include a few arm pumps in there, and a desire to
express myself with the touchdown arm signals ;-)

I reported to Bird Box and now finally to email.

Location: Kent, 277th, a busy E/W road. West of the
intersection with West Valley Highway. Past the Smith
Brothers Dairy about 1/4 mile or less to the gaurdrail
on the north side of the road. The road is busy, the
shoulder only adequate, be careful. The ground is
soft so also be careful how far off you pull. In the
vicinity of the gaurdrail look due north and scan
around from there.
