Very pleased to see that Patricia got her bird. Two hours earlier I was
scoping the exact spots (not the house) that she describes as "above"
with negative results. I checked with the Saturday morning birders on
277th and it seems the Baikal is laying low so far today. This guy
really makes you work.

Does anyone in Tweeterland know what percentage of the Green-winged Teal
that winter in Puget Sound end up nesting here?
