Greeting Tweeters,

The Baikal Teal was visible today from approx. 1 PM until we left at 1:30, but not at the usual vantage point. Drive west from the the "normal" spot up the hill where 277th turns into 272nd. At the 40 MPH sign there is enough shoulder to pull off and overlook a pond not visible from down below. The teal was in the shallows just over the roof of the dark brown house down below us.

A BIG thanks to Gina Sheridan for knowing about the overlook and sharing the info with us. Present at the site were Gina, my wife Kathleen, two Oregon birders and me.
