Did anyone else see the Ken Schramm editorial last night on NWCableNews? I didn't catch whether it's been proprosed or passed but Wisconsin hunters want to hunt...cats. The decreasing numbers of birds, and the increasing numbers of feral cats, is making it open season on cats without collars.
