My Marine Biology classes have been doing surveys at Trestle Bay, Fort
Stevens ...it is starting to get some action:
on Wed we saw 1 RED-THROATED LOON, 1 AMERICAN PIPIT, 1 SHORT-BILLED
DOWITCHER, and several GREATER YELLOW-LEGS.

Today a flock of 20 MARBLED GODWIT flew over us, and a small flock of
dowitchers was also feeding on the flats.
