Wednesday, April 20, 6:22 PM. Hello. This is Scott Atkinson, 206 406-2306
with a report from Discovery Park this morning. At the south end of
Discovery Park, particularly where the paved road enters to go to the
parking area, along a small grassy hillside there, just north of where the
road enters I had a VESPER SPARROW and a small group of SAVANNAH SPARROWS.
Also just [?? in front] of that a LINCOLN'S SPARROW I saw, then on the north
edge of the south meadow on the main part of the south meadow [???] I had a
singing MACGILLIVRAY'S WARBLER, the first one of the season. It was a pretty
good day for migrants both warblers and sparrows. That's all.

Tuesday, April 19, 3:39 PM. This is Kristen [?] Smirk [?]. It is now about
3:30. I am standing at the overlook on 272nd in Kent and Sheran [thank you
for spelling the name. BN] Wright from Bend and I have seen the BAIKAL TEAL.
It was about 3:00. He has now disappeared again but we're still here.

Tuesday, April 19, 12:24 PM. This is Rachel Lawson, Birdbox System
Administrator, I have an update on the BAIKAL TEAL. This bird has been seen
through at least April 18 at the usual location at 272nd Street in Kent
Valley. For more information listen to some of the following reports
[preceding in the order these messages are transcribed. BN]. That's it. Good
birding!

Monday, April 18, 8:23 AM. Good morning. This is Brian Bell calling, (425)
485-8058. It is 8:00 on Monday the 18th of April. This morning the two ROSS'S
GEESE are still in the field along Fragler Road just north of south 200th
Street down in the Auburn/Kent Valley. If you're coming from off of I-5, go
down Aurelia Road and turn east on South 200 Street and then turn north on
Fragler Road. They are in with a flock of CACKLING and CANADA GEESE. Good
birding!

Wednesday, April 13, 3:39 PM. Steve Dang (206) 316-6887. For what it is
worth, I've got a CHUKAR in my backyard. I live in the very north end of
Seattle near Bitter Lake.
