Maurie,

If you have good weather, birding on a bike in Ocean Shores should be a
pleasant, memorable experience. Probably the best spots are on the end
(south) of the six mile long peninsula. You need/want a copy of Bob
Morse's "A birder's guide to Coastal Washington". If I remember
correctly, Hal Opperman's "A Birder's Guide to Washington" includes much
of Bob's information.
