Bob Dittrick, from Alaska, and I looked for the teal Monday from 9:30 am
until 3:30pm to no avail. We checked from the lower site on 277th as well
as the upper overlook. We scoped every clump of grass and GWTE so many
times we started naming individual birds! The highlight of the day was a
PEREGRINE FALCON stirring up the flocks of ducks. Also looking was a fellow
from British Columbia. We also had 7 interested and friendly people stop
and inquire what we were looking at.
