Thank you Daniel for your fascinating post on finding rare birds. I was
especially intrigued by your mention of the Blue-gray Gnatcatcher and
in looking it up in Sibley's Guide see it is rare north of the CA
border. Have there been many reported sightings in WA state? I ask
because I sighted one in Klickitat Co last summer (pre digital camera
days). A wonderful little bird!
