Job Description:
Volunteer will serve as a docent providing the public with information about Peregrine Falcon natural history at Snoqualmie Falls site. Using a scope and binoculars that will be provided, the volunteer will show visitors the location of the eyrie and how to locate the falcons. The volunteer will discuss relevant talking points (WDFW will provide a FAQ sheet) and answer basic questions about WDFW and Peregrine Falcon work.

Qualifications:
You do not need to be an expert birder! Anyone with enthusiasm and energy to show the public the magnificence of these birds and relay information to the public.

Time Commitment:
1-2 days per week, from 1 hour to as many hours as you are able to commit. We need volunteers any day of the week or weekend.

Other requirements:
WDFW and Puget Sound Energy will provide all necessary supplies. You will need to fill out WDFW volunteer forms, emergency contact information and provide your own transportation.
