Zach Elsner, my wife and I had a brief sighting of the Black Phobe for
about a second as it flew over the bridge and into the large tree to
the North. Soon after the rain started coming down and it never made
another appearance. Other birds included Least Sandpiper, Am
Goldfinch, Common Yellowthroat, Marsh Wren, Song Sparrow, Mallard,
Barn Swallow, Am. Robin etc. No sign of the Western Kingbird. Had
to get into work so we couldn't stick around longer in hopes for
better looks.

Better luck to those later today and over the weekend.
