Subject: [Tweeters] hawk lands on gardener

I got a call yesterday from a woman who was working out in her garden. A Cooper's Hawk flew down and landed on her as she was crouched working on the plants. It flew off as she startled.

I'm assumming this is a young bird still figuring out how to fly and what things are. We have four young sharpies flying around in our backyard that appear somewhat clueless as well.
