At my feeder today I had what I think is an albinistic Pine Siskin.
Sibley has a yellow variation of the Pine Siskin but it has a black
beak and legs as well as some black markings. This birds has no
black
feathers and the beak is yellow. The legs are pink.

I posted pictures on my Pbase inbox. The pictures will never win any
awards for beauty but if you click on the image and look at them full
size they are clear enough to show the all yellow coloring and the
patterning of a Pine Siskin.

Anyone having a better idea as to what this bird is please reply. Also would like to know how rare this is. I am still pretty new to this birding stuff but I haven't seen or heard of one before.
