Hey Tweets,
I have a late hummingbird in my yard which I assume is a juvenile rufous but
I haven't gotten close looks yet. I'm keeping my feeders going for awhile
longer, but this is the latest I've seen them in the five years I've been
here. They usually disappear by July. The residents have long gone so I
assume this one is a migrant. Is this within the normal migration pattern
for my area? I'm near the foothills between Monroe and Granite Falls.
